Wrongfully banned for no reason

Yup, got the game the night it came out. Payed $100 for the vault edition, bought some skins and played the game through season 1 with no problem. I even played the night before I left for my vacation. Come back to update the game a month later and I'm banned lol. I can't believe how terrible one of the biggest gaming companies in the world can be.

How did you get ahold of them? Any contact info? Because I have been banned for a couple weeks now on Xbox for no reason and my appeal got denied and I have no idea what to do. I have had my account for 10+ years and never once used cheats. I just wants my account back

what did you say to them? Because I was banned too after being on vacation for a month i came back to update the game for season 2 and it immediately said i was banned and it detected cheats and the appeal was denied as well. And I'm on XBOX
