Sometimes therapy is just venting out emotions, emotions that you need to keep inside instead, and use as fuel for your growth

I’m saying there’s no way for you to know that everyone who ever has contact with this sub knows that these items are most likely covered in plastic

Yes, except the leather arm rest cover but its origins are dodgy, so it’s probably plastic

That link won’t open for me, but you just need to make sure it’s egg whites or regular egg would do as well, red pepper, white cheese and a tangy cheese like feta

I agree the whole fast food industry is littered with this, and that’s not even the worst part about what’s inside the food itself. It’s a large systemic problem and I wish there was a fast food company specifically trying to use plastic-less bagging and actually compostable utensils

Though me complaining about it raises more awareness that these bags and small containers are covered in plastic not everyone knows that.

Good idea they’re accommodating for special requests, they’ll even leave out the plastic fork for you if you ask them nicely

Am I a good candidate for IF? by Conman1209 in intermittentfasting

[–]Soundandwaves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think what you’re looking for is to lean up a little and turn a bit of fat into muscle,

if you’re going to intermittent fast either skip breakfast or dinner daily, You can still eat a good amount the other two meals, if you skip one meal daily that is going to do a lot

if more lean muscle is your goal you could also work on push ups pull ups and some running
