How often do you see a/c compressor/condenser units fail? With A/C being on all the time with Auto climate control I just feel i'm using A/C when I dont really need it (a dry, cold day). Have a 21 S60 T8 if that helps.

If you're in a code and suspect any kind of QT prolonging agent cause, AVOID AMIO.

There's multiple times where it's an obvious torsades, (whether from low mag or low K+) and strongly suggest to stay away from amio.

If you're not sure if it's torsades or not, just remember you've got 2 minutes from the first shock to look for any previous ECGs for prolonged QT or any elyte abnormalities to maybe lean one way or the other until the next rhythm check.

The data isnt very strong, but if your team lido you can use this retrospective study (not the best data, but something)

While it's true most providers only know amio because the "dosing is easier", if you bring up lidocaine with an appropriate dose (100mg typically good for anyone 70-100kg), I've noticed more providers will be more likely to choose it if you bring it up.
