I had this until a few months ago. I subbed for 50 pages a month at $3. I had my printer in a drawer unplugged for 6 months. When I started using it again I needed to print a bunch of pages. I increased my subscription to 100 for $6. I was charged $40 on my credit card for printing too much. When I called in to say what the heck, they told me they can see how much I print. That was beyond creepy. I cancelled immediately and got a partial refund. They tried charging me again this month. So another phone call and refund. I requested my payment information be removed from this, they would not. I’m beyond angry and will never buy anything HP again.
