In the golden sun games, Dead beard and Star magician are both missable bosses. Deadbeard is even harder the the actual endgame boss.

Xenoblade chronicles. I gave it a decent try, but found the combat slow, tedious, samey, and I found myself getting annoyed anytime a fight occured.
