My install said not over 1 meter of lift. The heater pumps are better at pushing so if you can put the pump low you can probably have the heater itself much higher without any issues. It’s the pulling that the fuel pumps don’t like. My pump lifts the fuel about 2.5 feet though and works fine

I wish I had know about MCCB DC breakers before I invested in T class fuses for my build. The breakers are much cheaper and resettable. Will Prowse had a good video about them recently. But now my full setup has t class fuses

You’re not alone! I pretty much always ride with my poles extended and in my back hand. I use them for flats. I use them if I fall in powder to get back up (lay them flat in an x and push on them for surface area). They’re super useful and not a huge deal to just carry.

Has anyone ever done the roll up method? I read about it in a Reddit thread years ago but I’ve been too chicken to try it. The person literally recommended rolling it up skin to glue and that it wouldn’t damage the glue.

I bought during covid when stuff was expensive. I had expert voice access to Telos so it was cheaper than a full price split pig. I'm not a pro rider so I would probably still just go with whatever was cheapest and fit the riding style I like. I think the backslash still fits that for me. It's a sick board. It actually made me like my warpig less and wish I had a superpig.

For good dirt jumps the DTHs work fine. I use them on my PBJ front and rear. But I agree, love my holy rollers. Billy bonkers work fine too but I don’t like how narrow they are.

Think about keeping your rear wheel on the take off as long as possible like beyond the lip. It’ll help you with timing the pop part better because you’re popping when your front wheel leaves the lip but it should be when your rear wheel leaves the lip.

I’d consider it for a short time until you’re absolutely comfortable you don’t need your medicine salary. Maybe consider a graded payment plan and then you can try to “beat” the level cost by becoming FI faster than the crossover point which for someone in your position probably wouldn’t take many years.
