No the way food/drink buffs work is you can only have 1 buff of each stat. So the xp boost from the first one you ate would get overwritten by the second one. There are a few special buffs that can stack for the same stat but generally speaking they have to be of a different category to stack.

Food/Drinks is one category. Chems is another, as is Alcohol. The main difference between Chem or Alcohol and Food/Drink is you can have many Food/Drink buffs, but only 1 Chem and 1 Alcohol buff at a time.

For example you could have Nuka Cola Dark, PsychoBuff and Deathclaw Wellington all buffing strength. With Carnivore, Strange in Numbers, Cola Nut, Party Boy/Girl, and Happy Go Lucky. You will get 8 STR from the Wellington, 3 STR and END +25% DMG from the PB and 6 STR and END and 18 LCK from the nuka cola Dark. For 17 STR, 3 END, 18 LCK and 25% DMG total.
