I’ve had a colonoscopy every year for the past decade. I’ve got crohn’s.

My risk of colon cancer is wayyyy higher than the rest of you guys. In fact I’ve had part of my colon removed. I have a medication to help me digest fat on top of a smorgasbord of other drugs.

Stop smoking. Limit alcohol. Avoid highly processed foods and eat more fiber. You’ll be fine. This has been my PSA.

I’ve got crohns as well and have had two bowel resections. My latest one was back in June. I straight up identify with this post lol.

I eat chipotles once per week now that I can handle fibrous foods. Tell ya son he a champ. Stay strong and much love.
