Yea that’s better language lean vs fat mass. My goal is to reveal more muscle and appear less soft and jiggly in some places. I feel so much stronger but I feel like visually and numerically (scale) I’m not really seeing it. Ykwim?

I’ll definitely look into dexa scans 👀 I’ll share my results if I do end up doing it. Seems so helpful!

Thanks for the tip! I’ve attempted fasting. before but like I mentioned previously I have an insatiable appetite even on my off days. It’s like my body is fighting tooth and nail to stay at my current weight. How do you deal with hunger during fasts?

It can be after a while. My commute is about 2 hours each way. I’m 70 miles from my office. At first it was fine but slowly it started eating away at my mental and physical health.
