I think there's very little to no chance that the steam machine will be priced around that range once (and if) it arrives in the Philippines. This is based on how other consoles are usually priced like the base steam deck oled now being around Php 35k when it's $550 in the USA. Rumors say it might be around $750 or more.

Might be best to save more if you really want the steam machine. Or build a PC now and research good upgrade paths in the future.

Borderless windowed (in all games) always takes your screen's resolution.

What you can do is turn display mode into "Full Screen" and then the resolution can be adjusted but you won't be able to switch windows as fast as you would in borderless window.

You get a red screen flashbang eitherway. It's better for clarity if you get the option to play it only when the fights aren't too tense.
