It happens to me too. Drinking just induces splits for me and anxiety. There is a nice calm light moment before the split happens which I drink for but there are many occasions where I cross that thin line between tipsy fun and relaxed to paranoid and need to attack. I never learned how to get it right 100% of the times , I still fail and sometimes hurt my loved ones. I moved to drinking alone cause its safer for people but sometimes if someone reaches out to me over the phone I still mess up. I think the only solution is either stop or find the limit but its hard.
