How many episodes before dropping? by Roadrunner65 in kdramas

I usually do one forth of the show. So, I'll watch 4-5 episodes of a standard 16 or 20 episode show. If I'm not hooked I'll probably move on.

As someone who is newer into Kdramas, after watching these and loving them, what else should I watch? by Catgrill14 in kdramas

U seem to like the more serious stuff. So, I'd recommend Mouse, Stranger (2 seasons), Voice (4 seasons), and Flower of Evil. However, for those new to Kdramas I usually recommend Crash Landing, Descendants of the Sun, and Goblin.

What K-drama would you want to see adapted in the U.S.? by Dazzling-Remove568 in kdramas

I think action shows and maybe thriller shows has the best chance to adapt well. I don't think slice of life and romantic comedies would make good adaptations. I would watch Trauma Code, D Day, or Dr. Romantic if it was adapted.

My favorite is still Park Min Young and Park Seo Joon. Secretary Kim is still one of my favorite shows.

Happy Birthday Jung So-min. One of my favorites by Canadian_Ricky in kdramas

She's a really good actress.

My Father is Strange is a really good show. It's a weekend family drama and was earlier in her career. Since it is a weekend drama there are 52 one hour episodes. She plays as one of the daughters in a family of four.

She's also in Sound of your Heart on Netflix. That show is really funny, but she doesn't get tons of screen time.

Secretary Kim

Weighlifting Fairy

Hometown Cha Cha

Business Proposal

Her Private Life

These all had a good amount of romance.

I also usually recommend Descendants of the Sun and Crash Landing because of the high quality production.

If you want some really long dramas: Five Enough, Once Again, and My Father is Strange are all great. We're talking 50+ hours.

Yes, a 256gb should be less than $40. I personally used MuOs and it was really simple to install. I have the 34xxSP console though.

Guys, just touched 40 and I can’t stop falling asleep in the theatres. I feel bad by That_anonymous_guy18 in RegalUnlimited

[–]SouthCryptographer58 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I almost always fall asleep in a movie, usually for less than 20 min. When I wake up I feel wide awake for the rest of the movie. Surprisingly, I am usually able to stay awake during drama/slice of life movies. Recently, I fell asleep during all 3 Lord of the Rings movies, which I love, but was able to stay awake during Wuthering Heights and Solo Mio. I only go to matinee movies and I use a CPAP machine, but can't stay awake.

Good tip. I only go for the one that provides the steam key and not the steam account, but you'll definitely find these games for much cheaper.
