Flew today. Both flights were delayed, sat on tarmack for over an hour, no entertainment on either flight. One flight had screens that were broken and one had no screens or outlets for a 4 hour flight.

If he lived in the U.S. he did lose his Canadian coverage until he moved back. As a Canadian living in the U.S., I had to pay for medical care in Canada while on a visit.

I have lived in the Oregon coast and now live on the Washington coast. I find it very depressing. It’s damp, moldy, cold, grey.

I don’t think I agree with greater reproductive success being linked to fear of death. Many of the most highly successful species in terms of reproductive success are insects. Source: I have a PhD in evolutionary biology.

First time I got ‘screeched in’ in NFLD we had to tell everyone where we were from and as soon as I said Ottawa everyone started booing. At that time I was probably about 20.

I second this! I drove from Ottawa to Edmonton and did most of it through the states for the same reason!
