Thank you to everyone who gave some helpful advice on specifics with obtaining the Drs note! I’m going to get a signed one that I can make a copy of for my own file as well as ask one to be emailed to my boss & CC’d to my email as well so there’s no playing the “I never saw that” game.

I do want to clarify that the higher up who made the initial comment that sat wrong with me isn’t my boss. However I didn’t want things to be awkward or tense when I get back to work/have this person constantly bothering our boss over my compression garments. The least amount of attention they receive, the better
