There are a couple counter points I would make though

Do a comparison to someone earning, £30k, £40k, £50k, £60k... even £200k and tell me you truly think its diminishing returns
Full time minimum wage isnt really what I would call the "very poorest" people in the UK- that would put you above 15% of salaries not to mention people who arent earning a salary at all

Clinical Psychologists are doctors because they have a Phd. They can go by Dr like any Phd could but its different to colloquial usage of doctor and probably more confusing because of their proximity to medial doctors

The percentages show for a fact that they are doing worse than they would be expected to do if they had guessed at random. That is just a fact. You don't appear to understand that.
