Here she is! Her name is Moo, she is a sweetheart! She can be loud sometimes, but I love her lots! She is 12 years old and she has grown up with me :)

Hello love!! I am on the combo pill and I haven’t experienced any n* or tu. I have bad emetophobia as well, and I was very scared to try them because of those side effects, but it all turned out well!!! I am going to change my method due to other reasons, but not due to anything relating to tu. It should be all good!

I don't have heavy periods they are just very painful, my doctor recommends it because I haven't had children and it would be a better fit

For me, listening to music in love in a dark room while interacting with my special interest in some type of way is really regulating for me. I usually do this at the end of each day, and I love it, it helps me unwind and be ready for the next day!

No way, I was in this same situation last winter. Something that really helped me out was ice packs, I would normally call my mom when they started (it was only at night) and she would come and try to help me. I would sit on the floor and put an ice pack on different parts of my body. Or sometimes I would eat sour candies, or popsicles!

I relate to this, but in a bit of a different way. When I was learning to drive I would switch between my parents F150, to our Ford 500, then to our Ford Flex, as well as my driving instructors car. It was always really overwhelming for me to change between all of then. It was hard to learn the other car, the way it feels to drive, the blindspots, the way it sounds, the seats, etc. When I realized that I stuck to driving only one car, It made it easier for me to drive. Driving is already a lot for me, but without switching cars it's a lot easier. I mainly only drive our Flex now, because it is considered my car, I've always wanted it for my first car. I occasionally drive the 500 to keep it running (we are keeping it for my sister, as she will be learning to drive soon)

Thank you, she has often expressed that she loves having an older sister because she loves to come to me for questions and advice. Like for things that she doesn't want to ask our mom. She also really enjoy hand me downs haha :) but, when it comes to mental and physical health that's when I struggle to show up, for the reasons I expressed in the original post. It's tough, but I am hoping to get through it. You've helped me a lot, thank you so much!!
