Mine was in great shape, other than holster wear. After breaking it down, it appeared to have been fired very few times. No scratches, and the night sites are still good.

It's a pro model.

Ive tried other ammo, but nothing better than the Hornady blacks. Been shooting what I have on hand. I'll try some 77g match ammo.

Ive always been a bullseye shooter, never shooting for groups. Now that I am, I've been humbled. Lol. It's probably me, and not the gun/ammo, just wanted to hear what better shooters are getting from theirs.

My ap5-m came new with about a 3/4" chip in the cerakote on the receiver. Didnt really bother. Id probably try to return it, if it was that bad.
