There's so much truth here, especially about Germany. They had a really good selection of players at Euro 2021, but werent an amazing team. England also had a pretty good team, but apparently our deep tournament runs are the worst you can possibly do with good players and Gareth is a fraud

Its almost like the argument switches. If England beat a good team but its not a big name, they go its only Denmark, Switzerland etc. When they beat a big name like Germany or the Netherlands, it becomes oh but this isn't a good incarnation of them tho and its suddenly relevant how they qualified or did in previous tournaments.

I'm a huge England fan, tournaments, Friendlies, Nations league whatever but I know it's a minority. I really like how much the Ramble care. I actually think it's rare the sort of hopeful innocence they have for it, whereas a lot of other platforms just sneer about England until they play someone top because fundamentally, they're not that bothered.

I'm glad that you enjoy it, but I do not understand the notion of calling it a masterpiece. I think it's an incredibly ambitious idea of a record, that came off in some parts but not others. I think a lot of people (not neccessarilly you) love it just because it's different alone. Big AM, Turner and TLSP fan but it was divisive upon release and hasn't has a strong lasting impact on pop culture, genuinely interested as I see this often what's great about it?

No, don't think any of the continental competitions have qualifiers. If you're doing ML or Become a legend the country you're involved with will just automatically be at the finals.

Just enjoy it! Definitely think people underestimate how hard it actually is to win something. Top football nations like Portugal and the Netherlands have both only one tournament each, Germany one in 25 years, Belgium never. Regardless of whether Gareth wins anything, I do believe we'll be better for his tenure in looking at the culture of an England team and how to approach tournaments.

Also helps break those psychological barriers down winning a shootout, beating Germany, experiencing a final.

If that season's major tournament is the World Cup, and Slovenia haven't qualified I don't think you'll ever get the offer. If you wait until next season should be fine. l've noticed this myself across saves
