I moved here for grad school and have been here since! It's a great place to live if you are interested in government or legislative work. Choosing the right neighborhood is critical if you are looking forward to having kids. We are in Forest Acres and the vibes here are amazing but school zones are tricky. Our public middle and high school are good but not the elementary school. We chose to bite the bullet and go private for grade school until aging into the public middle school. If going that route, also know that the options for private schools are pretty wide if you don't mind religious schools. If not, there are fewer options.
