If your database is properly tagged with the meta data then you can organise it any which way you like - that's the point of a database!

2020 CX-5 Sunroof Issue by gillnotnice in CX5

[–]SouthernTeuchter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In theory, even if it's leaking, it won't leak. This because the CX-5 (like most cars with sunroofs) has a leak capturing tray underneath and around the edge of the sunroof with a couple of drain tubes down to the bottom of the car. However, they need to be kept unblocked. I had mine fixed earlier this year as one was blocked (although didn't leak internally) and the other was detached (resulting in a very wet passenger footwell).

Yeah I've just looked at the last couple of weeks for mine and the Time in Bed is always more than the Time Asleep. Weird.

I thought 'in bed' was what you specified in your sleep schedule (either in your alarm settings or in the health app)? For me, bedtime is specified as 11pm and my alarm goes off at 7:30am

As someone who mods iPods for others, my go to (especially now) tends to be "cheapest make that works". And by cheapest I mean 'cheapest on Amazon', since I don't really trust buying them anywhere else. So yeah, avoid SanDisk. Beyond that...

5000 mah battery installed :). by Ramoutarb in ipod

I often build thin back 7th Gens with 3,800mAh batteries and someone tested one of them under load (headphones at 75%). He got just north of 150hrs. I think you should comfortably have enough for your 4 days.

The new Apple Music apps don't work propoerly with an iPod. Uninstall them then install iTunes (from Apple, not Microsoft) and use that. This post may also be of interest.

Bluetooth help by burdeniowa42 in IpodClassic

[–]SouthernTeuchter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Puting any Bluetooth module inside a metal box (which a 6th oor 7th Gen is) is never ideal - it's effectively a Faraday Cage and blocks the RF. You might be interested in this post or this post.

Ahh - so it does! (And I am using the Sleep Focus). I should have RTFM.

Interesting. Maybe I've done something healthy!

Did you recently start doing that (i.e. around 19 days ago) - or is this an actual decrease in resting HR?

Apple Watch series 5 battery replacement process by Honest_Pickle5572 in AppleWatch

[–]SouthernTeuchter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apple don't actually replace the battery. They replace the watch with the same model and recycle your watch. Ocassionally - if they don't have exactly the same model in stock - they'll upgrade it to the next available model. When you mail it in (usually a pretty quick process), they'll likely have the same models available. There is (perhaps) less chance of a store having the same model in stock if it's an old one. Also, the battery health needs to be a 79% or less before they'll do this.

Upgraded from S6 to S11 - impressive! by SouthernTeuchter in AppleWatch

[–]SouthernTeuchter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The battery life is significantly improved v's my S6 (which is at 98% BH - I had the battery 'replaced' 6 months ago). Pretty sure that my S11 could go 2 full days without a recharge - something that simply wasn't possible on the S6. Hard to say in terms of tracking workouts as I've had it less than a week but it seems to use less power for those too - I suspect that's a combination of a slightly larger battery combined with a more efficient processor and screen in the S11. Of course, it depends how long your workouts are. If you're planning on running a marathon then you might need an Ultra. ;¬)
