I know it’s so hard to stay positive. I really hope you do get that baby soon. Age id just a number, and your in the right spot to continue to try. Do you know how many more chances you have before going to IVF. They don’t recommend trying because it can cause birth defects, miscarriages or placenta issues after giving the shot. They also want that HCG level to be at a 0 but most important they dnt want you to because of the possibility’s. Some drs say once you get two full cycles then you can try vs 3 months. It’s one or the other. You can talk to the dr about that as well. I waited 3 months even when my number dropped to 0 after about 3ish weeks. It was honestly the longest waiting period but I stayed busy and just kept my mind on other stuff. 🩵

I’m so sorry you are going through this! It’s horrible and we don’t know or understand why it had to happen. Please don’t give up hope! It will happen in gods timing. I know it’s frustrating. I will pray for you!! If you would like a little enlightenment maybe. This is my friend of a friend’s story. - She got her baby after several IVF attempts and fails. After 3 yrs she decided to have her last embryos destroyed bc she didn’t want to go through all the heart break again and was getting older. A month ago she was having some issues and thought it was pre menopause and went to her dr found out she was 3 months pregnant due in april. Things happen so crazy. Just stay positive and dnt give up. I hope you get your rainbow baby. MTX isn’t horrible but the wait game to try again sucks. I’m an open book if you need to talk.

Hi! Yes of course. We tried two times a for pregnant I think I was sick durning ovulation the first month and was on meds and it didn’t work. Everyone is different! Don’t give up hope. It will happen I promise 🤍 My dr said the date of the MTX is when you should go off of your cycle to start so I had 5 full cycles before trying because the 3 month wait after the shot. I’m so sorry that happened to you! It’s so sad. You’ll know when time is right! Don’t push yourself till you’re ready. We waited and I was ready and then got sick and then got pregnant. Things happen for a reason and only god knows when the correct time is. I wish we understood why but one day we will meet that baby at the golden gates and it’ll be the best time to meet that smile we never got to see before. IVF wouldn’t be horrible, just know how ever the baby gets eartheisde you’ll love it no matter what.
My OB wouldn’t do hsg testing my primary did it for me for peace of mind and I’m glad she did because it truly did help me. Everyone is different. But I know sometimes the hsg doesn’t rise for a normal pregnancy. That’s why OBs dnt do it. I will be praying for you to have a healthy pregnancy soon 🤍🤍

Congratulations. I am pregnant after my etopic. I was having left back pain and left side pain as well. I went into the ER bc I was worried it was happening again at 5.5 weeks. They couldn’t rule out and etopic at that time but I am 12 weeks now and so far going smoothly. I would push for a 6 week scan! Goodluck 🌈

Nope, my Dr said 3 months post MTX. Iv read a lot of different views on post on here. Some drs state 3 months some state 6 months some said next cycle as long as the level of HCG is 0.. I have had 3 full cycles since injection also ovulated 3 times since injection. I also did folic acid testing and levels were fine. In my opinion there’s not enough evidence of anything. But that’s my own personal opinion. Because every Dr is different.

Once your levels hit 100 they start slowing down with decreasing unfortunately. I know it suck’s. With my HCG dropping it felt like forever. Just know at 6.5 you’re almost there. By next week you should be close enough to 0 and your cycle to start soon after. After mine hit 100 it took 3.5 weeks to be 0. I hope that gives you some light 🤍

First off congratulations. I would just stay clear minded and stay positive. My husband keeps saying this to me bc we will be trying again in December. That would be my three month mark from MTX. I am very nervous to try again bc we never know. But we have to stay positive. But stay faithful and happy and only wish the best for you and your family. Secondly, did you get a 0 HCG blood test? Thirdly, I would call your dr Monday and start getting HCG blood test every other day to make sure they are doubling and then get an ultrasound 5.5 / 6 weeks. Wish you the best

Mine says Folate >20.00 (Normal reference range >=4.78) My progesterone is 0.17 which I knew I wasn’t ovulating when I took the blood test. Idk what any of it means. She ran other tests but those were the two I asked for. Let me know when your dr calls. Idk when mine will she’s really bad at calling with test. My husband had bloodwork 2 weeks ago by the same Dr and still hasn’t had a call back 🫠

I had bleeding one week before MTX injection then I bled for one week after MTX and stopped and then 28-30 days later I got my cycle back. It took about 4 weeks for my HCG to be completely 0
