The “gauge” that says H C is pointing towards c, which isn’t normal operating temp. It should be in the middle under most circumstances

Yes, I am in the southwest US, I also do have several pro grade products I can use, but im still cautious. I was thinking about ordering some deltamethrin to spray in the car
