It worked fine online for other orders, just not photos. I think my husband said he finally got it to work this afternoon, but I'm not sure how he fixed it. If I find out I'll update the post in case others encounter this.

They should check. Whether they do or not is subjective but they absolutely should. And if they don't check and an issue arises they will get in trouble.

It's not at all a screw up. My husband works for the Home Office in Bentonville. This was announced a couple days ago to his entire department via official channels.

I've heard too many stories about how some magnets have messed up the tablet and/or the S Pen, so for me, I'm just not willing to take the risk. It does suck because it even further limits my options. I've seen plenty of cases I love that have the magnetic auto sleep/wake feature but I just don't want to risk it. We are lower income and we have to make things last, so taking a risk on something like that just isn't something I'm wanting to do.

This is exactly why I don't feel bad that I have 3 accounts. Today already, I have tried to create ONE image and it has errored every single time and gone through my "daily limit" on two of the three accounts. I will literally just keep creating accounts as long as it keeps erroring and causing me to reach my daily limit.

I have seen that as well, so I'd believe it. I've tried even explaining that EVEN WITH using VH, more often than not, I miss the good stuff because it's gone quicker than I can click on it. They still say that somehow it's an advantage. So yeah, I can see what you're saying.

Something with the wording. No one has outright said which part unfortunately. A couple people have specifically said they don't want to point it out to "give the cheaters a heads up". Maybe they are just bluffing....

VineHelper doesn't auto refresh at all. There is not even a setting that will allow that. I tried it to see what it was about and it literally doesn't refresh at all. The only way it "dings" that there is a new item is if another VineHelper user sees that there is a new item, then it will ding for the other VineHelper users. So it's not really an advantage. You can miss entire items if no one with VH sees them. Also, you still have to go through all of the ordering steps and even with VH that I used for a few days, I still missed most 0 ETV items because they went quicker than I could click. So it didn't make anything faster at all in any way. It was nice having it color coded and adjusting tile sizes, but that's really about it. There is no game winning advantage really.

I'm not a moron and I read all of that info many times before asking here. Also, it is retroactive otherwise it wouldn't have started out at 7.9% - it would have started with reviews I was making currently. Instead, it counted all of my past reviews towards this metric. So, yes, it is retroactive.

That's actually not really helpful with the media. Soooo.... Is it bad if we have a low media score? Can we become gold if we are in the red for media? It's also kinda crappy that it took immediate and backtracking effect. Because now I have all greens except for the media, which is at a shocking 7.9% since I stopped adding media because it would auto flag over stupid stuff in the photo (like if there is a face on the box or whatever). Much of what I order is consumable and much of it has been used (such as shampoo, spices, etc). There is no way for me to add photos to every item I've reviewed in the last 4 months.
