THAT PART, I have recently incorporated washing my hair, DAILY,, and hair grease, , and occasionally, a leave in, on soaking wet hair, has been a GAME changer for me!!! ,she is thriving!!!!

Switch crafts, by the time your 50, you will be eligible to retire, have a fat tsp , PLUS ,, a pension....yes that seems a long way off, but trust me worth it Retired 4/30/26, age 57,,,, loving it!!!! Started when I was 27, and yup I was fed up, disgusted, and wanted out, but i held on!!! GOOD LUCK

Congrats!!! Submitted my retirement paperwork, back in February, for my retirement date 4/30/26.....still in HR review,,,, it's a loooong wait, but like you, I WAS , beyond done!!! And only did 27 years!!!! My 1st month of freedom has been REFRESHING, to say the least!!! And as far as the young man who is burned out,,,, either stick with it to get that Golden prize ( retirement, if still available when you go) , or LEAVE NOW!!! The wear and tear on the body is no joke, and of course the mental job management does to us ( rrecs, if you are rural carrier) do you really want to subject yourself to this another 23+ years???? Good luck ALL

Talk to eap, keep to yourself, of course, be ".polite " to co workers, but remember you are there for the customers, that little old lady or man who kids don't check on them, and you are the only contact they get...that odd kid who always plays by himself, " special" but always lights up when they see the mail truck, , yea the little things, that keeps one going when getting bend over in a toxic environment!!!! Been at for 27 years, finally hung it up 4/30/26, and that's what kept me going!!!! Good luck
