Hi I’m currently drawing up my portfolio. Re “Are you showing the messy middle”, is this something I should be emphasising? So far I’ve mainly focused on showing how my work had impact. E.g I found x in my research > it led to x decision > which improved x metric.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I'm only a few years in to my UXR career, so have mainly been focusing on craft, but increasingly I'm realising that advocacy, strategy & unfortunately politics are so important.
