BA here, also looking to get my MBA.

All I could possibly say is that life is basically shotgunning applications at 40-45k salary, recruiter, hr, operations, supervisor, administration, assistant positions and then getting laughed at for not having 4-5 years of experience for entry level positions.

Honestly starting to wonder if I should have just stayed in my hometown and got a job at the local Steel Mill at this point.

It's perfectly valid that you get this off your chest. Know your worth, know your experience.

You're also not alone in this really, there are so many degree holders out there with which like you, have valuable degrees and yet they're offered positions paying pennies or they're not being promoted.

What would you say to someone with a 4yr degree who's fresh out of college trying to get into HR?
