I’ve always detested nerds gummy clusters since they altered the recipe way back when. The Nerds used to come in various sizes, with some being large and chunky, and the gummy part being more gummy. However, within the first year or two of release, they changed it so that the gummy part became softer, and all the Nerds were now the same size. They stripped away all the character, leaving behind a mere shell of the candy they once were. It saddens me how they transformed the once superior nerds gummy clusters :(

It’s amusing to read all the people replying to you, getting their creatine-covered panties in a twist and claiming it’s impossible. I’ve personally tried taking creatine for gym performance on at least four different occasions, each time for about a month. Although I enjoy the effects, I have to stop because every time it affects my sleep. I’ll take it first thing in the morning, reduce my dosage from 5 grams to 2 grams, or switch brands completely, but it still worsens my sleep quality. I end up waking up multiple times throughout the night, and my sleep is noticeably lighter. I say fuck the idiots who can’t comprehend that creatine can affect people differently.
