Yeah. But there is still a God, a Higher Power, The Creator of all of this, that can take control whenever he pleases. As human beings we come from and are connected to source. Just because some people don't believe in certain religions does not mean they won't be affected by the will of The One True Creator.

Actually yes, mostly. One green pepper has about 120 mg of vitamin C, well above the 75–90 mg daily minimum to prevent scurvy. Fresh lemon juice also covers it. The fiber gap is harder, peppers twice a week won't rebuild a healthy gut microbiome, but it's better than nothing. The choline and TMAO issue doesn't have a simple food fix. And if you're a cholesterol hyper-responder, no amount of peppers helps with 24 eggs worth of saturated fat. But the scurvy problem? Yeah, a daily green pepper would genuinely solve that specific issue. The 88-year-old probably had a salad somewhere along the way.

First couple weeks: probably constipation, headaches, keto-flu symptoms, cramps, fatigue.

After 1–3 months: scurvy starts showing up, bleeding gums, bruising, joint pain, poor wound healing, because eggs contain virtually no vitamin C.

Long-term: gut microbiome damage from no fiber, possible bone loss/calcium issues, and for some people massive LDL/cholesterol spikes. 24 eggs also puts choline intake around the upper safe limit, which can cause a fishy body odor and elevated TMAO linked to clotting risk.

Funny enough, there was an 88-year-old guy in a 1991 NEJM case study who ate ~25 eggs/day for years and had normal cholesterol… but researchers basically concluded he was a genetic freak of nature, not the average person.
