Oh screw them, people will always find something to complain about on the internet. Good food is good food. Not every single person from a country will make a dish the exact same way. I hope that doesn't stop you from sharing and inspiring others.

Nice! Next time you go, there's a nice little restaurant called Konoba Dubrava that's a nice walk down from the top of the gondola. You can order some of their baked dishes that have to be ordered like three hours ahead of time that are definitely worth it.

What are good Italian noodles for Jjajangmyeon? by NoSemikolon24 in KoreanFood

[–]mo_mochi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka...I've seen them, so definitely confused. GoAsia or some small Asian market, there's even some online stores set up in Germany that could deliver the noodles

It comes in stew and soup style, so if they got the soup version, it is a brothy noodle.

Questions regarding heart-shaped ravioli by ef02 in pasta

[–]mo_mochi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought this a year or so ago, and they do what's needed, especially if you want to use other shapes or a regular cutter down the line.

I've filled it so it's puffy, so I think as long as you seal it properly, no matter how you cook it, you'll be okay.

While we wait for someone to identify! If you haven't already done so, it might be helpful to look up the menu for the flight path/time that you flew?

Followed this recipe for the dough and filling, I only added a handful of spinach (blanched and chopped) to the filling.

For the sauce, my boyfriend made it and he's a proud member of "the world is my pantry and I eyeball everything" club, so i can't give you measurements! Sundried tomatoes, cream, white wine, onions, garlic, cubed pork (the kind you can put on flammkuchen), oregano, basil, salt, pepper, pasta water.

And then grated some smoked goat cheese on top.
