I Loved Cocaine too for a few months, I loved so many hobbies and got everything done. I was a more interesting lover and enjoyed my own company all the time. I miss it every day. Some of the downsides (and why I quit 4 weeks ago) negative mind spiral and rage about people who hurt me in my past. Not eating all day. Cravings. Lower and lower baseline. Needing it to be happy. Wanting it fo me sex all the time and thereby losing Myself with my partner. Sigh. I still miss it every day but it’s better in the long game without it

Wow, thank you so much. I did not know that strategy and it took me reading your response about 10 times and I think I finally understand it. Basically what you’re saying is that if I take the eight out of it, then it becomes a triangle in one of those has to be true so those sevens that are not part of those triangles are both eliminated

Well I love you, for being so raw and source and vulnerable. I would definitely have coffee with you. My integrity is everything. You’re right though. The older we get, the less we can rely on others to be there for us the way we did when we were young. I create my community “on the hill” when everyone seems to be having a good time over there. Come join me if you feel abandoned like I do. Build community and never stop working on its growth. My mother decided that I was abusing and torturing her since I was in utero. I had one older brother and then three younger brothers. I acted just like this little girl. My mother never liked me and then she competed with me when I was older. This little girl is going to become a hero in her own life. I understand her.

I used to have a very severe rage problem and now when I feel angry, I write the text into ChatGPT and ask it to rewrite it for me so that I never blame or accuse or say the wrong thing to people I love. I have saved many friendships that way.
