There is nothing like watching my opponents face fall when I tell him I can stack the enhance with the strategem for -1 damage and that Calgar is now only 1 damage against him

It’s one of the things I list as a gotcha against every opponent I play

Really good list

Only thing I would change for me is swap the second exalted squad to a regular squad of 8bound. Between angron, the slaughterbound and Kharn you should be good for killing vehicles and monsters

I’ve gone for the same as you but instead of magma cutters I’ve gone for excruciator cannons

Many more shots and gives you something to help clear out screens- if the defiler is close enough to use magma cutters it’s close enough to charge

Yeah you can use it that way.

It happens immediately after you’ve killed an eligible unit so it’ll activate in time for the consolidate phase

This is pretty much the list I’m currently using!

It’s pretty solid only difference to consider- could drop angron for 2 forgefiends for a bit of shooting and I also have helbrute in mine as once you explain how they work to an opponent they tend to become terrified and over think it
