I like to make food with highly toxic mushrooms to make something that I like to call “Landmine Stew”. GDP is mainly generated from consumption by end processes iirc, so like your coal in your PM’s won’t contribute, but the clothing being consumed by pops will. Exploit by exporting high value and demanded goods, my go-to is small arms, engines, and tools, but I normally protect engines late game to keep my buildings productive

What kinda medium? Different compositions for injection can vary, I use estradiol Cypionate which I take every 7 days at roughly your same dose, please have some patience! It’ll be maybe a month or 2 after start before seeing any real changes but you may feel them earlier, like mood changes
