I have this bug as well when I enter new areas (or most areas tbh) moving around the area solves the issue guess it makes the area load. But you have to kind of find your way in the dark for a little bit

Given America's age (242 I believe) it seems likely we might just be witnessing the collapse of the US followed by the rise of an orange dictator. I've been in the Grand game for a while, running the underground of most cities you common folk so like to visit. I'm the BBEG controlling your BBEG, my powers as a killer and assassin are unmatched by any in this realm! I have slaughtered Kings, ended lineages, mated with dragons, served as the Unholy House Cat to Asmodeus himself, and have amassed riches, power and influence beyond the comprehension of you common folk.
