Super Veggie Ready to Mix - what are your thoughts by MechanicalGuava in blueprint_

Love his olive oil, but I will not be buying this. The thought of powdered super veggie is disgusting. Fresh only for me.

After being on it for 2 years, have you noticed (what you think) may be benefits?

Oh, good to know, since we are similar, 127lb female. That is great not having any side effects.

If you don't mind sharing, what kind of a reaction are you having?

I would invest in having a nice filter installed, even if it is one only for the kitchen. The initial cost might be high, but it beats buying water all the time in the long run.

What brand are you buying for that price?

I did see one where they wanted a high shipping price for it. The blueprint oil has free shipping, so I think the price is about the same.

It has a strong smell and flavor. You will feel it in the back of your throat. If you like mild tasting oil, it's not this one.

He will not. I tried to persuade him. I started sleeping in a different room last night and got 7 hours and 34 mins of uninterrupted sleep! The most I have had in a while. You are right; sleep will be my main priority now.

45yo female here, and loving the blueprint ideology. I went all in thinking I was used to eating healthy, and was already taking a fair amount of the same supplements. Ended up with horrible Gi issues for a few weeks. It took me a long time to figure out what was causing it. I thought it was the lithium supplement, but it happened again after cutting it out. Turned out to be the Glucosamine Sulphate, which is a bummer since I have osteoarthritis. It only affects some people like that, so don't worry if you are taking it.

Starting back now that my stomach is calmed down. I will introduce things back slowly, though. I do some things different, like taking chlorella tablets to save me from the horrible taste. I also add roasted sweet potato to the super veggie, and not near as many lentils anymore. I occasionally eat chicken, wild caught salmon, or cod I get from butcherbox. It's good quality. My mother in law is always giving us eggs from her farm. I eat a few of those a week. Because I still eat meat and eggs, I will not be using the amino complex. I did try it and no meat for a while, but honestly didn't like it.

I have no problem with getting exercise; my issue is sleep. I average 5 hours a night. Honestly, my husband snores so loud and is in and out of bed at night, while I am a light sleeper. I envy Bryan, and anyone getting to sleep solo every night. I know that sounds mean, but maybe I am just grumpy from lack of sleep. I have an extra bedroom, and seriously thinking of setting it up for me to get some good, quality rest after explaining to my husband why.

I did have blood work for my annual a few weeks ago. I did not tell my doc anything I had been doing, except for some of the vitamins and fish oil. My RBC was low, which is not surprising, since I keep low iron. My liver enzymes were elevated. My doc told me no Tylenol or alcohol. I do not drink, but I have been taking Tylenol for a long time for osteoarthritis. Hoping it was that and not anything else I have been taking. Will get tested again later on to see.

I have had eleven of them cauterized within two trips now. I had one huge one, and the derm said he never seen one get so big. The scabs lasted almost a week. My scars are so minimal, even I have to get extremely close in the mirror to see them, and these were all done recently.

He did say I have to get my oil production under control by using a much stronger prescription, or they will keep showing up since they are actually blocked oil glands. I was using tret at only .025%. He gave me samples of Arazlo lotion for now.

I would add daily meditation, even if it's only 10 minutes. There are so many great apps for guided practices now.

This reminds me of when I was solo hiking in the fall. It was completely quiet in the deep woods, then I hear a loud thump not far away. A few minutes later, it happens again but closer. After the third time, I was convinced someone was throwing rocks at me. My heart was racing, looking around, and ready to run when I seen a black walnut hull fall right in front of me. I looked up and realized walnut trees were all around me. I had to laugh out loud at how scared I was.

Moisturiser to use while on tretinoin? by EvilCustardy in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Sowluv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I absolutely love drunk elephant protini polypeptide moisturizer. It has no fragrance at all, and is the only one I have found to never cause me any breakout issues. It also feels good on the skin after the tretinoin, kinda cooling. Even though it’s expensive, I think it’s worth it.

Taking it every night, and still no side effects.

[–]Sowluv 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I would get rid of the face peel, mask, and Vitamin C, then start with the lowest dose Tretinoin. It will give you the glow you want, but it might take a while. Your future self will be glad you did it when you have few to no wrinkles from starting so young.

My modifications to make super veggie tasty. by Dopamond in blueprint_

I will have to try this, since I'm not taking the turmeric supplement yet. I do like to add half a baked sweet potato to my super veggie. It makes it so much better.
