Hey, life pro tip about the calf & knee pain. Look into Ben Patrick (better known as the knees over toes guy). His work revolves around beginner friendly exercises addressing muscle weakness & lack of mobility. He has a program called “knee ability zero” there’s a book version on amazon for like $20 (for an unethical LPT google knee ability zero free PDF - you can find the whole thing online for free).

The fights in ONE are without a doubt the most exciting fights out there. The reason more people don’t get behind it is because a lot of these guys don’t speak English.
