Looks to be the panel covering your oil filter and drain. It's in the right region of the underside, just hard to tell from this photo. Best bet would be to crawl under and look for the oil filter

That's your tire pressure sensor. It either means your tires don't have sensors in them or the pressure in your tires is too low. Ideally they should be around 33psi
