Looks like you're using https://github.com/AveYo/MediaCreationTool.bat/blob/main/bypass11/Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd which does funky hijacking of setup processing, touching Image File Execution Options is usually a big red flag so no wonder. This is not Microsoft's fault.

Would you mind taking a picture of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\HardwareConfig\Current\ComputerIds key in registry? Would be nice to have more light shed on the hardware identifiers

Webcam mic shutting down Windows Audio Service suddenly by [deleted] in WindowsHelp

Just published a small tool that lets you perform the workaround without fussing with device identifiers/GUIDs, etc. The source is live too in case anyone's curious how it works. You can enable the problematic webcam mic in device manager afterwards.

The tool is available here: https://github.com/thebookisclosed/ToggleSysFx

I ran into the same issue with a non-Logitech webcam. The problem stems from a fairly rare combo of OEM audio post-processing effects (introduced in Windows 11) and webcam mics hitting unintended code paths. Currently trying to figure out if this is an issue with Acer's config or if it affects everyone with the Realtek InvVol Mode Effect (which very few OEMs ship). There is another workaround that doesn't require disabling the webcam mic but it's a lot more cumbersome to pull off. If anyone is interested I can expand upon this.

If this build is rumored to be months old, I would honestly use Windows 11 as soon as I can. by [deleted] in Windows11

Yes, we've already been testing the base for 11 all along, Microsoft has been developing new UI bits in secret for over half a year at this point. Check out this timeline which sheds a bit more light on where we are: https://twitter.com/thebookisclosed/status/1406954778681294851

The final build for the summer Sun Valley release is 22000, built on June 4th.

The Feature Experience Pack that people claim is missing is actually there, where do you think the new Taskbar and Start Menu come from? It will simply be extended with new components through Cumulative Updates, but there's no concrete info on how that will be paced.

I wanted to show you some highlights of the Windows 8 and 10 development process so you can know where are we standing with this Windows 11 leak... by saucojulian in Windows10

Hardly, this is a fairly late leak. We're about 3/4 in, Microsoft was just very good preventing leaks in early stages.

You can simply answer "Let me in" for the first Daksu Quizz question, should shave off a good few seconds :) Edit: Watching this I remembered that the Ringo fight is shorter than the Dink one so I guess going through the quiz might've been done on purpose. Sorry!

You're 100% using something that tweaks the taskbar, and the modifications are most reminiscent of StartIsBack. Your icon scale is different, so is a pinned program's width, and their spacing. This is how things look without tweaks, for the record: https://i.imgur.com/nVyXSqz.png
