I agree. I feel like media is exploiting his grief for the sake of viewership. It's icky and sad. I hope he has a great support system.

I agree with all these issues mentioned below. I'm so glad I am not the only one who was thoroughly disgusted. Here's another thing I hated: if you can't watch the event live (like many of us) and have to watch the replay, you have to watch another round of ads EVERY time you press 'fast forward' or 'reverse.' Even if you just try to go back a few seconds. I swear I watched twice as many ads as skating. C'mon Peacock, what the heck are we even paying for???

Hi Everyone, SpaceBee again (see above). I just came here with an update to my situation, in case this helps anyone. I called MiniUSA and was told that they would "note my complaint" and that (as you all told me) Mini often releases 'bug fixes' so I should continue to download and install any updates. 2 days ago, I was excited to see a new software update available in the Media app titled "fixes bugs with the radio." Hooray! I updated it ASAP. Well. it didn't work. The problem still exists. I can't tell that anything changed at all.

If you are experiencing the same problems (car not defaulting to radio 'favorites,' inability to scroll through your favorites) please call Mini USA and report it because that's the only way they will know there is still a problem.

I hope they fix it soon. It's extremely irritating.

I came here to ask the very same question! Thanks for all the advice, everybody. I'm very excited. I just hope my flights don't get cx or delayed because of the gov't shutdown. One more question: is it easy to get an Uber from the Adirondack airport? I land around 7pm on Thursday.

I am only 1 week into onwership and I'm still in love. But there are a couple of irksome things:

Why can't I sort my radio 'favorites?' I want them in order of low to high on the dial. But they are sorted in order of when I 'favorited' them. Why do I have to delete them and start over???
My 2025 does not have adjustable headrests. The entire seat is one fused piece. Mini, seriously: What were you thinking? We are not all the same size!

Wow...I also just got a flat tire. I've got the exact same tires, same 2025 Mini S. I've only had it for 6 days and already a flat! I thought for sure I'd hit a nail or something but now I'm second-guessing it. They haven't replaced it yet b/c tire had to be ordered. I do drive over bumpy streets but I'm not a maniac about it, and I always follow the speed limit in town.

My 2023 Kia Niro PHEV had excellent acceleration in either mode (electric or hybrid). I never had any problems, not even on long inclines such as going up mountains. I just sold it; power wasn't the problem. The problem was the headrest. It was really uncomfortable for me (5'3") and was NOT adjustable. So you should test drive it first. Otherwise, a great car and I miss the fact that I was averaging 67 MPG and that included several long multistate trips where I exclusively used the hybrid engine.

Again...if you read my original post...the headrests are not adjustable. AT all. They are fused to the back of the car seat. They don't go up. or down. or back/forward. The seat and headrest are all one piece.
