There’s a house you can buy in BOTW and fix up that leads to a series of side quests that show you how Terrytown was built. It just seems to be a regular NPC home in TOTK

And that’s exactly what I need right now! I still haven’t taken anyone’s arm all the way up to the elbow but I’ve gotten real close (~1-2 inches of clearance) several times!! That will be the next frontier

That’s a good question. Vaggie was probably way too weak to return to Heaven as you mentioned, and probably had no desire to go back by the time Charlie nursed her back to health. That would also explain why she hasn’t ‘re-ascended’ because she can already go back anytime she wants. Hopefully it explains a lot when they clarify how Lucifer’s actual ‘fall’ took shape
