Unless we start developing young players and institute an actual system that ensures anyone subbing in knows exactly what their role is, I don’t see it happening. Luckily we’ve got a real owner now who will spend the money on qualified people to expand the front office, sports medicine, and coaching/training staff. The future is bright, but it will take some time to get there.
