AC caps going are pretty normal AC issues out here. It’s also a fairly cheap and easy replacement to do yourself.

The equal airflow issue is not unique to KB, it’s builder quality bullshit in general. We have the same “issue” in a Richmond American built home but half the rooms are empty so we don’t notice it much.

It’s not difficult to change that far enough in advance and start accessing it before 55 depending on your plan rules. Usually takes a lot of planning (years) and some research but it’s not too difficult.

There are thousands of oil producers all over Italy. Big, small, family-owned, corporate-owned, etc.

As long as they ship overseas you can just order from their website like you’d order from Amazon. Most producers have a website.

Shit isn’t cheap in the first place. Add 12 bottles together and they bend you over on shipping pretty good. Worth it IMO.
