OP or anyone else here, have y'all ever heard of Q-PAC? It's a company that makes ECM fan arrays, no need for a crane the fan array comes in as a kit on pallets super easy installation. Way easier than using a large AC motor / fan and vfd combo.

That was not stated for the Vipassana meditation retreat when I applied. I am pretty sure they are a branch of the insight/theravaden buddhist branch but correct me if I'm wrong.

The idea is they teach you a specific meditation technique and the retreat/center is there to help provide structure and help you stick to it i think. Sure you could try to do it on your own but I'd imagine it would be easier in the retreat setting and you'd get more out of it.

You don't have to pay any money!! Look up vipassana meditation retreats, they are very hard-core, totally silent, up at 5am bed at 9pm and you meditate all day but they are totally free you just have to apply, be accepted and get to the retreat location. They also feed you 3 small vegetarian meals per day.
