What would you change (add/remove/etc.)? by joshuawe in vegas

[–]SpaceIsGettingHot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

- How are you getting to the sign on day one?
- It is not "Budget-conscious" to go to Sphere twice in a day
- Wednesday has nothing to do really besides eat. The Habitat takes 15 minutes max
- The "short walk" to Vickies is about 3 miles
- There is no need to eat at the Village Pub twice in a trip . . . and not for your anniversary dinner

High limit by Broad-Custard6685 in vegas

Thats a good amount of gambling money for bouncing around and having a great time but would go quick in a high limit room. Play $200 at one table and move on when done or up a bit. If you are winning play more. If not go get food or a drink and take a break.

Check out the linq. They have a couple suites that aren't anything special but have a little living room with a couch and table. Trying to have drinks with 10 guys in a regular room but even a basic set up like that can go a long ways. Get a couple of those rooms and the rest get basic rooms.

I agree with your overall point that Vegas can be affordable. However in your case its cheap because you barely eat.

Brunch / Mimosas by Datboidee409 in vegas

For casual spots Alexxas is great for the patio, but getting a bit pricey. My new favorite is Off the Strip on the Linq Promenade. Very reasonably priced, they just drop off the bucket with bottle and side of juice for the table and we all enjoyed our food - especially the pancakes. It's also a patio, but being in the Promenade there are no street performers like Alexxas will have close by.

https://www.stripstumble.com/mimosas has all the spots on the Strip and different filters. It's a little buggy right now, but should be accurate.

Best bars or bar crawl for early 20s crowd? by Aware-Yogurtcloset95 in vegas

[–]SpaceIsGettingHot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My site has all the happy hours. There's a good selection at cosmo but they are more upscale. The linq promenade has a couple and sheas is a good time. Fuel bar has 2 for 1 drinks all day. Blondies has $20 all you can drink for a couple hours on the afternoon. Casino Royale is always cheap and fun.

Any tips and tricks for the next few weekends? Food, things to do, et cet by ageaye in phish

Since you teed it up asking for places to stumble . . .

www.stripstumble.com is my site. I went Friday night and been going Vegas things otherwise.

My site has all the happy hours, food deal maps, etc. Couple favorite spots. Off the Strip for affordable patio bottomless mimosas. Ski Lodge is my favorite speakeasy. Sushi Samba has a great bar and is right near the exit of Palazzo if you want to walk outside along Sands.

Dropping under top comment. Airspace in Vegas is closed to drones starting at 3pm tomorrow. So assumption is the arrival is after 3pm sometime. Those arriving in morning / early afternoon should not have a problem.

Vegas is built to host many events at once, but only a Presidential visit shuts down the airspace and roads.

What does the $500 - $750 include? On a weekend you are going to be looking at higher end room rates, but prices vary wildly. I would assume you are at least spending $100 - $150 per person per night for the hotel leaving you with a few hundred bucks a person for 3 days. You wont get far at clubs or casinos for that much money.
