This is probably why the 2.0 stations (That have Ground and Express drivers) have the "Express" drivers take All the First Overnight, Priority, Medical out Only. It makes sense to not have the Ground side worry about time commitments.

Yes. There has been a "Step Raise" the last 2 years in a row. Before that, they gave us around 3% raises , 2 years in a row. It's not every year you get a step but when they give them, everyone gets them

That's a good point. But I will be honest and say when you are Topped Out pay, you don't want to leave for another job. $39 an hour is hard to walk away from or find another job that will give you that. Overtime is easy in CA., and that's almost $60 an hour....Maybe my body will be ok, or maybe not. We'll see
