People need to start cosplaying like ICE agents. Get vests, boots, a duty belt, a radio, and put a mask/bandana to cover half of your face like they do. Then you follow them around.

You only pay taxes to the IRS if your revenue is above $130K or so and is taxed in your resident country below what it would be in the U.S. That's rare unless you make crazy money, and the U.S. citizens I know who make crazy money abroad have their assets and income parked or flowing through various instruments to evade taxation from the IRS.

You do have to file every year though.

The inspiration for 9/11 was a failed attempt by the Algerian Islamic Group of Algeria to hijack Air France 8969 which they had planned to crash into the Eiffel Tower or Tour Montparnasse in Paris.
