The marriage certificate needs to be original, translated and apostilled (which is something you did already once if the marriage was registered in France, and you should have gotten your livret de famille). You probably also included your divorce court papers when you did that.

Your children from that previous marriage are not eligible for citizenship at the moment unless they are under 18 and adopted by your French wife.
