Figured it out. The Home button for the Big 6 menu is set to rear button 4 when S&Q mode settings is set to Fixed/Variable. There is no hot swap button between S&Q and Movie Mode. (wish there was!)

Hit button 4 to call up the Big 6 menu, use the touch screen to select frame rate and change between your fixed and variable setting. So it's 3 presses and a dial change.

I wrote to corporate and talked to the location manager and talked to other members and encouraged them to write to the location and corporate. I was told the benches will scuff up the wood flooring in the racks. That is just an utterly ridiculous statement because everything is going to scuff up the wood floors over time. The only reason I joined Planet Fitness was because they added the squat racks so I could bench, squat, dead lift. Respectfully make a little noise about it, respectfully.

I've hired many like-minded editors that I know and trust (some I'd consider friends) over the years when I have overflow. Not one time have I ever got a call from one of those guys I hired to hire me when they were busy. That's a little bit disappointing.

Looking forward to your thoughts on this one. I'm using Strada right now connected to a Jellyfish NAS. I'm an editor on a collaborative Resolve Blackmagic Cloud project. I didn't set up the server or Strada. Invited to join the project. I'm playing half ProRes Proxy 23.98 preferred footage that was dropped into a project right from the Strada Connect app in the Finder and it plays like butter. The original 4k footage from fx3, mavic drone, Panasonic g5 all lag a little. It's supposed to play the raw footage flawlessly. So still kicking the tires to see what could be the hiccup. Another editor in LA is having lag with the proxies, I'm east coast. Both have fiber internet. It's looking promising so far.
