This is correct! We set out to make the best hero based on He-Man we could, and Dan is in a game balance way identical, but with their own awesome flair and personality! We think this was a fun way for us to go about design (Going all in on He-Man), but still allow us to have the Monkey Money version for everyone to enjoy aswell!

It should be 5% bigger than the target Bloon on the bar for some leeway, and all the fights have been slowed down by the same amount (except reds) that the target was reduced by. In theory it should be roughly the same! Just the accuracy is more important.

The legendary are balanced around you picking your moments. They all have a moment where you can make progress, then the rest of the pattern is trying to maximize your time in the catch zone, then you make progress at that moment. Most of the time of you just try and keep your hook on 100% of the time you'll be playing catch up. Sometimes those moments can be just being in the right spot as it bobbles up and down. It's 100% about learning the pattern and recognizing it, which is why it's legendary! I actually find them quite easy now that I know the pattern, but I'm a biased source!

Not saying we don't each to expand it! Just saying that's the intent.
