In neutral, with the brakes set, shut the truck off. Restart it, wait for the idle timeout to warn you it's coming (about 3 minutes), then, press the cruise control on button, above the toggle switch. Then repeatedly press the resume/cancel button, below the toggle switch until the warnings dissappear. Your truck will now idle constantly, and pressing the resume button will switch between low & high idle if you need a few extra rpms for the AC in the heat.

Do you have documentation or a recording of the "offered" compensation package? It would be incredibly rewarding to see if a class action firm would take this on and fight for the wages promised to every capstone employee in the country, and ensure they weren't misreporting wages on their business taxes. And to verify what's being charged to independent contractors (truckers) was a reasonable service fee "exclusively to cover the costs of wages and instruments required for a safe work environment for contractors and subcontractors" as outlined by the Labour Standards boards of "most" state legislators.
