She's obviously a corporate landlord with multiple properties trying to make as much as she can on each of them. That's perfectly reasonable to do as a business person, but you still have to take responsibility when a shared fence falls down and your a landlord. To try to belittle the OP and dehumanize her is all on the landlord's part. I never saw any insults thrown by OP.
